Alan Wake

A dark presence stalks the small town of Bright Falls, pushing Alan Wake to the brink of sanity in his fight to unravel the mystery and save his wife.

I was scrolling through Game Pass on my Xbox and I saw this and I was thinking to myself: "This looks really interesting to play" So I tried out the first chapter and I`m VERY glad I trusted my gut.

And the hilarious part? The main character is a writer! Can`t make this shit up lmao

I have a bad running habit of catching really good games when people have already played them. Either always gets low or mixed reviews. It reminds me of my favorite horror games and genre of horror of all time. The kind of horror I grew up with as a teen: "Silent Hill"

I myself, as a writer, focused on this as a gamer, I feel this will be a really cool experience to play and for others to enjoy how I play my games. I like to make my character intentionally walk slow to add to the effect of the game, I`ll look up at the sky during a cutscenes etc things like that.

I hope people like it. Every time I do a stream, at least 1 person watches, if that's not my MOD going off. I just wanna be more immersive and enjoy my own content and SEEING others genuinely enjoy my work. I just hope I`m not doing all this for nothing....
